Specifically engineered for the Samsung A42 5G (SM-A426), this component features high-sensitivity metal dome switches mounted on a flexible polyimide substrate. The assembly is designed to provide the original "click" feedback and actuation force for the power and volume (+/-) controls, ensuring low-latency signaling to the CPU. The module features high-conductivity gold-plated contact pads for a corrosion-resistant link to the motherboard pins and includes pre-applied 3M mounting adhesive for stable Z-axis alignment within the side-rail chassis.
